NEARR is a private daily companion application designed for couples to maintain connection through pings, shared moods, and daily reflections. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You must create an account to use NEARR. Access to shared features requires pairing with a partner through a unique connection code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and connection codes.
NEARR offers premium features through a subscription model managed by RevenueCat. Our current pricing is:
Subscribers gain access to unlimited pings, shared to-dos, voice pings, and an archive of shared notes and time capsules. Prices are subject to change with notice.
You agree not to use NEARR for any unlawful purpose or to share content that is harassing, abusive, or explicitly harmful. As a private space, you are responsible for the content shared within your paired connection.
You retain full ownership of all content you create and share through NEARR. By uploading content, you grant NEARR a limited license to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of provide the service to you and your partner.
NEARR and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the permanent storage of any data.
