Common questions

How do I pair with my partner?

One partner creates an invite in the app and shares the link or the six-digit code. Tapping the link opens NEARR and pairs you automatically; or the other partner chooses "Join" and enters the code. Once accepted, you are connected in one shared couple room.

How do I unpair?

Open Settings, then Relationship, then Unpair. You can pair again later with a new code.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

NEARR Pro is $7.99/month or $44.99/year, and the annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings in NEARR and tap Manage Subscription, or go to your App Store account settings directly. To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can also restore a previous purchase from Settings.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings, then Privacy & Safety, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, your couple room, and your data, and unpairs your partner. It cannot be undone.

I am not receiving notifications.

Open Settings, then Notifications, and make sure they are enabled. If the system prompt does not appear, check that notifications for NEARR are allowed in your device's iOS Settings.
