Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the NEARR app. By using NEARR, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use NEARR.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. NEARR connects two people in a shared couple room through an invite code.

Acceptable use

NEARR is for genuine, personal connection between two consenting people. You agree not to use NEARR to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm anyone, to share unlawful content, or to misuse the service. Any photo you add must be one you have the right to share and must not contain unlawful, abusive, or sexually exploitative material. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put someone at risk.

NEARR Pro subscriptions

• NEARR Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID, that unlocks NEARR for both paired partners.
• It is offered as a monthly plan at $7.99 and an annual plan at $44.99 (USD; local pricing may vary).
• The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid annual subscription.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Payments are handled by Apple. Refunds, where available, are subject to Apple's policies and applicable law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content and photos you create or add in NEARR. You grant NEARR the limited permission needed to store that content and show it to your paired partner, so the service can function.

Ending your use

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached.

Disclaimers

NEARR is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of NEARR after an update means you accept the revised terms.
